About Nai

Born in Central America and raised in Southern California, Nai’s Identity, Core Values and Traditions are rooted in her deep connection with her culture, ancestry and love of community and service.

Immigrating to the U.S at just 6 years old with her mother, Nai Learned at a young age the importance of community, support and having a sense of belonging and being seen. It was these early life experiences and her own Maiden to Mother journey that has led her on her own path of not only healing but regaining her power as a Woman and Mother navigating the ebbs and flows of life and Motherhood in this modern day.

Nai has 10+ years of experience working as a yoga + meditation teacher. Specializing in prenatal yoga, she expanded her practice to better serve her clients as a birth doula. In 2018, after the birth of her son, she took a step back and some time off so she could process, heal and be present with herself and her family. As a new mother a bit lost and overwhelmed, it took time, a lot of support and patience to land in this new terrain she found herself in. The challenges that were met during that time have been a catalyst for the work she does today. In 2022, Nai birthed her second child, a daughter, who has brought forward so many remarkable new experiences, inspiration and a remembrance for Nai of the work she is here to do.

Nai understands the beauty and sacredness alongside the challenges and overwhelmingness that can be met in the 4th Trimester. She believes new Mothers need to be held lovingly just as much as their new born babies for she has just been born too. Through proper nourishment, loving touch and working with plant allies, Nai helps to co create a safe and loving container for mothers so they can do the most important work of all… raise their babies.

Nai is a Mother of 2. She lives and supports families in the South Bay Area.
